Minicap PS1+
The Minicapt PS1 is a portable sampler used for biological monitoring in sterile environments. The basic component is an aspiration mechanism provided of a pump, able to work at constant flow of 25 l/min or 25 l/min. The collecting system pumps the air to the diluter and subsequently, onwards to a specific sensor to determinate the flow rate. The sampled air is exhausted via special output filter.
To ensure the quality of the sample, the MINICAPT PS1 monitors in real time the following values:
· Possible obstarction Of the BIOCAPT sampling head used frot the collection;
· The value of the flow.
· The front panel is fitted with a series of LEDs which display the status of the system,
· Connection to the 220VAC (or 115VAC on request);
· Charge level of the battery; · Battery in charging phase
· Alarm of flow blockage · TX/RX on the serial line (RS 232 and RS 485)
· Receipt of the signal from the remote control (optional) · Status of the pump (on/off).
Systems of alarms and warnings:
The MINICAPT PS1 can out put a series of functional alarms, able to verify anomalous events automatically without compromising the samplings(warings), and events harmful to the quality of the same sampling(alarms) Both conditions are signaled when these events occur.
Printing of the data:
The MINICAPT PS1 records the data of approximately 8 conducted sampling cycles. It is possible to view on a display the values of the sample and print the data using a normal serial printer connected to the instrument.
View and print final data:
· Start and stop time of the sampling
· Sampled volume · Average flow of the sampling l/m
· Value of the standard deviation of the flow l/min
· Warnings and alarms
· Interruption of the sampling (power failure)
Information during the sampling Phase:
· Flow (l/min)
· Sampled volume m³
· Warning/alarm
